POLICIES. PROCEDURES.

DELAWARE NORTH SPORTSERVICE IS DEDICATED TO CREATING A SPECIAL EXPERIENCE FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WHILE YOU’RE HERE WITH US AT HIGHMARK STADIUM. WE HAVE PUT TOGETHER THIS INFORMATION GUIDE TO ENSURE WE MEET ALL OF YOUR NEEDS.

ADVANCE ORDERING

GuestReserve is our exclusive and fastest way to make sure your order is placed in advance for game day. We strongly urge all Suite Holders to order via GuestReserve to ensure accuracy of your order. In ensuring the highest level of presentation, service and quality, we ask that all food and beverage selections are placed one week prior to the event by 5p.m. After the preorder deadline, we will be offering a limited game day menu.

After receiving your login information, go to https://suites.delawarenorth.com/GuestReserve and select Highmark Stadium. You can then enter your login information and begin placing your order.

ORDERING DURING THE GAME

Each Suite includes a QR code with the game day menu options. Your suite attendant will be available to place orders and answer any questions you may have regarding the menu. Food orders will be accepted through the end of the third quarter. Beverage orders will be accepted through the end of the event. Please allow 45 minutes for all game day orders to be delivered. A credit card payment must be given to the suite attendant at the time your order is placed.

SUITE TELEPHONES

Each suite has its own private telephone. The Suite phone can be used to contact staff for food and beverage or the Concierge staff.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE AND TAX

An 18 percent administrative charge calculated on the cost of all food and beverages ordered will be automatically added. This is not a tip or gratuity and will not be distributed to the employees providing your service. It will be retained by Erie Sportservice, LLC, to pay competitive wages and enhance amenities. Applicable sales tax of 8.75 percent will also be applied to all food and beverages ordered.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We request that all suite holders keep a credit card on file with our suites office. All orders must be placed with instructions to use the credit card on file or be submitted with another form of payment. A credit card is the accepted form of payment at Highmark Stadium. Unless otherwise instructed, an itemized bill will be presented to the suite host for signature at the end of the event.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

New York State Law requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed in the suites must be purchased from Delaware North Sportservice. To ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of New York State, Delaware North Sportservice, the Buffalo Bills, and Highmark Stadium, no wine spirits, or beer may be brought into or removed from your suite. New York State Law, Delaware North Sportservice, the Buffalo Bills, and Highmark Stadium require patrons consuming alcoholic beverages to be at least 21 years of age. It is the responsibility of the suite owner to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages while in their suite. Delaware North Sportservice reserves the right to request proper identification from those who appear to be 30 years of age or under and refuse service to persons who show signs of intoxication.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

New York State Law requires that individuals must be at least 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages.
Guests purchasing alcohol who appear to be 30 years of age or younger must present valid identification showing proof of age. Highmark Stadium management, the Buffalo Bills, Delaware North Sportservice and any contracted security vendors or agencies reserve the right to check for proof of age for any guest purchasing and of possessing alcohol. According to New York State Law (Section 65-b.2(b) – ABC Law), the following are the only acceptable forms of identification:
• A valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the New York State Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, the Federal Government, or a State Government
• A valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country
• A valid military identification card issued by the United States Armed Forces

ALCOHOL POLICY

Delaware North Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage company at Highmark Stadium. The Buffalo Bills and Delaware North Sportservice work together to promote the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages for guests attending events at Highmark Stadium. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium is a violation of stadium policy and the Fan Code of Conduct and will result in the guest being ejected and may result in arrest and/or ticket purchasing privileges being revoked. Management reserves the right to deny service to guests who show signs of intoxication or to guests who cannot provide acceptable identification.

POSSESSION

There is a maximum of two drinks (any combination of beer, wine or liquor) per possession allowed inside the stadium. No more than two drinks will be sold per purchase at all concession stands, portables and club locations. Guests possessing alcohol who do not have acceptable proof of age will be ejected and may be subject to arrest.
Guests found to be passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest. New York State Law requires that wine and spirits (liquor) purchased in the premium clubs and suites must be consumed in that club or suite and may not be removed from that area.

SHUT OFF

All alcohol sales and service will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter, except in the clubs and suites, where service will continue until after the end of the game. Delaware North Sportservice and Stadium Management reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any guest. Management reserves the right to change policies or procedures at any time without notice to guests.
